Doseage Recommendations

Each of our Delta 10 gummies contains 25mg of total THC, and as such, may be too intense for some users in their entirety. Despite Delta 10 being a fairly lightweight gummy experience, we recommend beginning with 1/2 a gummy and waiting for effect (30 minutes to 2 hours depending on tolerance, metabolism, body composition, etc.) before increasing doseage to acheive desired effects. Remember, you can always take more, but you can't take less.
