Product Legality

 

A note about our state to state legality of our products. It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure a product's legality in their state. Once a product is received it is subject to the laws of the individual state of receipt. We would highly recommend doing some quick research to ensure that a particular cannabinoid is legal in your state prior to ordering to avoid any potential legal ramifications.

Pharma offers FREE ground shipping to all 50 U.S. states for all orders totaling $49.95 and above. All orders unless requested otherwise are shipped via USPS First Class Packaged Mail service. Customers may request and pay for alternative USPS services at checkout. 

We endeavor to get our orders processed within 48 hours in every possible case and fulfill orders Monday through Friday. USPS First Class Packaged Mail Service in most cases takes 2-4 business days from the time an order is fulfilled by our team, transferred to the postal service and then delivered to your door, though delays can happen, especially around the holidays.

PharmaCBD is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or marked delivered items. If there is a problem with your tracking information or the delivery of your package please contact the mail service directly before contacting us. We suggest this because as the listed recipient of the package the mail courier is often able to provide you with more information regarding the whereabouts of your package. In some situations an items tracking may not update but items do still arrive so we suggest allowing several days for tracking to show correctly. If a package is marked as “DELIVERED” but you have not yet received your package please contact the carrier directly to get this issue resolved as they are often able to check records giving detailed information on where your package was delivered. We can not be held responsible for orders where tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided in your order.

Refunds

 

All sales are final and only in certain circumstances will a refund be issued. Please contact our Sales Office via email at pharmacbd1@PharmaCBD.com or by calling our office at 704-605-8015 to make us aware of your specific situation and we will determine if a refund is due based on the circumstance. A return shipping label will be provided only if the product was sent due to internal error or is defective. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT(S):

 

PharmaCBD will replace items that are damaged during the shipping process or are determined to be defective:

Please be sure to check your order carefully and follow these steps if your order is damaged:

  1. Upon receiving your product and determining that your purchase is damaged please email us at Support@pharmacbd.com within three (3) business days of receiving your order to request a replacement. Please include specific details and if possible photos of the damaged product.
  2. Once we have received your claim we will promptly assess the situation and send out your replacement notifying you by email with a tracking number for your records.

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH A RETAILER AND NOT DIRECTLY VIA PharmaCBD.com

 

We work closely with our retail partners who wholesale our products and if a situation arises where your product purchased through one of these vendors is not working properly or is not up to the quality you are accustomed to please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the retailer that you purchased your product from to see if they will work with you to remedy the situation. In most cases they will replace your product and will work directly with us to ensure they receive replacement.
  2. If after first contacting and attempting to work with the retailer your PharmaCBD product was purchased from you are not satisfied with the outcome or they are unable to assist you, please contact us either by email at Support@PharmaCBD.com or call us directly at 704-605-8015.

Requests made within a 30 day window after purchase date (must provide proof of purchase) will be considered for replacement.
