Doseage Recommendations
Each of our Delta 10 Rainbow Rings contains 25mg of total THC, and as such, may be too intense for some users in their entirety. If you are new to this product, we recommend beginning with 1/3 to 1/2 a gummy and waiting for effect (30 minutes to 2 hours depending on tolerance, metabolism, body composition, etc.) before increasing doseage to acheive desired effects. Remember, you can always take more, but you can't take less. If you find the results to be too intense (it is not wholly uncommon for users to experience symptoms of anxiety and increased heart rate after consuming cannabis products), a good solution can be to ingest some CBD. CBD can help to temper the effects of a soaring high and help you even out a bit.
